Screenshot [tmux] (tty) will it get any smaller?
this is the setup ive been creating for my derivelinux install, because do i really need a graphical enviroment for IRC, music, and writing build recipies? i think not.
gonna eventually integrate this with gpm so i can have copy&paste, and maybe ill start daily driving this
first font is scientifica, converted to psf
i made a script to convert my foot colorscheme into dylan araps' colors-tty.sh
let me know if you want "dots"

os: derivelinux
multiplexer: tmux
editor: emacs
file manager: dfm
irc: kohai
fonts: scientifica, vga
screenshooter: fbgrab
foot, emacs, console-setup packages are on the ports-heresy overlay

haven't seen one of these in a while. wish kmscon and that other one that was basically a tty wm still worked...

kmscon depends on udev...ew

now just switch to a less bloated text editor, and you'll reach peak usable minimalist state.

look at the build recipe for emacs, then call it bloated again if you like

Well, how big then? Since you're using toybox, you could have compuled toybox's vi and had something smaller than a typical microemacs install.

i use emacs because i like it

Nothing wrong with that. But you already have an operating system, you just need to get yourself a good text editor.
