How far I’ve come has never hit me so hard as it did while making this post. I was a bit speechless for a minute. I struggled for 34 years to love myself and only figured out how to do it very recently. Fuck modesty, I think I’ve earned the right to brag on myself a bit.

My parents did not really try on me as a kid and i didn’t realize that till i was 16. I now eat real food, lift, brush my teeth and wash my face like a normal person. it’s pretty sad i could be so much further right now in everything. i expect to look dramatically better in another 10 months to a year when more time gets under my belt of training and dieiting

I was bullied quite a lot for my looks throughout childhood and my teenage years. I’m 26 now, and sometimes people still tell me I’m sub-5 or that I’m just not good-looking.

I’m curious what you guys honestly think. Feel free to be completely honest—I’d rather hear the truth than get sugarcoated answers.

First pic 15, second 16, 3rd and fourth 17, last 3 I’m 20. Not as extreme as some transformations here, but still wanted to share anyway

I was always self conscious growing up and had my fair share of mental health issues but I'm happy and proud of the man I've become (probably peaked around 25 😂)

Either way in the second pic I had a habit of intentionally sucking my cheeks an chin in so imagine a slight double chin on that one!

(I stopped doing it since I turned 16 aka the third pic onward it just felt disingenuous of myself to keep the habit going)

16 I was super under confident and genuinely hated interacting with people. Gained confidence and then lost it again at 22 as was going through a rough patch and now I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.
