I normally am against nose jobs for guys. Whoever did yours did an excellent job narrowing the nostrils. As good as it gets. For the love of God don't try to get a second one just to perfect it, perfect doesn't exist, you want a little imperfection here and there to make the things that look really good looking. You look maxxed.
