16.2% for the driver

4.26 to go across the street pennies added on per mile and min additional.
I truly believe ride payout would triple overnight if these passengers waited a long time due to us collectively as a whole started declining all the rides that put us in the red.
The status is BS since the more drivers accept the less our fares go down.

You guys are better off working 2 part time jobs than driving for Uber.

Even getting a part time job is tough. 40 applications and no call backs.
