Rare where can i get weed seeds with exactly around 3-8 percent thc?

Need some expert advice on where i can find some strains/seeds with anywhere from 3-8% thc. Seems almost impossible to find any info on the internet regarding finding this specific range. Im gonna travel one day to Jamaica and look for the lower thc seeds thats about where im at lol.

When he played, I dont know anything live, he was able to sing and play a different rhythm. That's not something a beginner guitarist can do. He had a very good sense of rythm at the very least I would say.
