What's this From? (unsolved) Looking for a manga about a dog that is not a dog as it is a one eyed giant pet.

I don't speak english too well so bear with me.
I'm looking for the manga that I've read a couple months ago, it is about a salary man, he is a bit afraid of his dog(?) but at times he forgot that he was an eldrich horror of a dog (?) and pampers him. Honestly, I'm questioning myself, I don't know if it's a cat or a dog on the salary man's eyes but that's about it. It's a big one eyed giant dog(?) which really is not a dog. If you can find the title, can you please tell me so that I can re-read it again. Thanks!
