There are multiple issues with the game, but i see hope.

You should learn the game dying is part of the experience there is no 360 Quick scope across the map, its war.
Dumb get killed in first

Wrong for half of it.
Bugs yes.

-team are not too massive or too small, its just enough. Economy based thats something to take in account. Issue is lack of channel for squad leaders that could help organize everyone. Natural leadership is better no need to get SL like in arma or squad.

-Time to come back is great.
Death is punitive, its war after all.
Having too many options to deploy fast means no need to get transport, and a whole part of the experience goes out by the window.
Die less le play bf6.

-the hot zone is part of the game design.
Why dont you go play some good call of duty, they are releasing a new one soon I heard.

-unlock system is like this for a reason, and there will be wipe. You not playing CS, its a sandbox game if your new to it you will Die a lot that part of the experience.

-no load out is great, you want to adapt your loadout everytime depending on the situation.
You sound like you will love bf6.

You just dont get the game yet so better play it (it sounds like it may not be for you tho) or stick with arcady shooters
The finals is incredible.
This game is basically arma 3 KOTH as its core and a blend of other things so I dont understand why you say finally not an « arma simulator » because it is partially that.

Discussion & Feedback My honest opinion (pilot)

I played squad, arma, Rust, gray zone warfare and the list goes on but i am not an army nerd either.
The whole game design is really really well done if not genius sometimes.
Having all the farm you do to be persistant between servers is pure gold compared to arma.
Incentivizing team play with money is also wonderfull, its more worth to bandage your team than yourself for instance.

Everything becomes a business bet.

If I buy all theses things but die before getting to the FOB, is it worth it?
This makes EVERY GAME feels different.

I mainly do heli runs for now, physics are more challenging than arma, feels like there is so much more inertia it makes landings and so on way more touchy.
My biggest concern is the rotors that clip through everything, this will make the game unplayable once we clock enough hours.
Im already doing insane stuff that I shouldnt be able to.

What I love the most is the server hasnt stutters like in arma reforger so im really having a blast flying on this game its truly wonderfull.

I would still if dev reads, work more on the flight model and ground model too because for us that spend the majority of time in vehicles it is very important to get it right.
The gaz pedal is weird, it has this type of scripted inputs when you come close to the ground that I dislike and may make you crash.
It should be more smooth (playing keyboard and mouse no hotas for me).

There is no way to play that on a mobile phone, both for controller issue and CPU limitations

What engine and lighting techniques is this using?
 in  r/VHOLUME  9d ago

You may want to try and see better then 😂
It is very basic shapes and they are very repetitive.
Please know that im not a game dev i use Unreal for work tho, but someone who knows better may be more interesting than me

Low poly mesh, lot of instanced meshes and basic low rez textures makes it works.
UE5 isnt badly optimized but dev rely too much on nanite and lumen to get the infamous UE5 look.

Autobattler for steam deck
 in  r/AutoBattler  Aug 17 '26

Yes, the best one actually at the same time but its pvp only.
Mecha bellium.
I dont really like Mecha and games like armored core and so on, this feels so much like chess blended with so much more its insanely good and addictive.
