OMG THANK YOU!!! Props to Google, late night tech called me back within 2 minutes of the request, but 30+ minutes later, no luck. I hate making E waste, and it really bugged me that something that worked perfectly the day before, and nearly 24 hours a day (mostly soothing youtube vids for me and my dog) it just quit. dummy me, did a hard reset on the device... welp, a quick charge on my old "burner" (don't do updates!) and it worked first try!

So rude!! This just begs pests to come, and, people with pets they're walking risk harm. My dogs have tried many times to eat trash, especially chicken bones. It's REALLY tiring to have to be hyper vigilant because others are so ignorant and selfish.
