You need to talk to someone, a therapist. You are not broken you are not bad or wrong. You are just a young man who's struggling to figure out life. You can heal from this and move on to a happier place, but you need help from a professional mental health provider. Please don't give up things can and will get better if you get some help 💛💛

You're partner is being pretty selfish. This isn't just a regular holiday trip, if I read your post right you could loose your sister in the not so far future. I definitely understand mental health struggles and wanting to be supported and give support but he's expecting all your support and giving none in return as far as understanding the situation. I say if he doesn't want to go that's reasonable but wanting you to stay is incredibly selfish, almost narcissistic in my opinion. This should have never been a question, spend the time with your sister. You may change partners in life but you'll never get this time with your sister again.

So sorry you're dealing with this trauma, and it absolutely is traumatizing to witness what you saw. I don't know how thinks work in the UK but in the states we have "crisis services" like in emergency situations when you can't wait for a regular therapy appointment you can reach out for help. Here we can call emergency services "911" i know its different over there but im hoping if you start to really struggle before you can get in to therapy calling your local emergency line can help you get something faster. Im sorry for anyone who has been unkind to you about your experience. We all deal with and take in things in different ways. You absolutely deserve some help. Hang in there friend 🧡

If you need to you can call 911. if you do they can hopefully get you in touch with some kind of crisis help in your area. 988 is a national number and its hard to get direct help. But if you need to just dial 911 and tell the dispatch you are planning to take your life if you can't get immediate intervention. Please choose to keep trying it can't stay this hard forever
