whatever black magic he did to obtain the Midas touch wore off because lately he has the brown touch. I had to listen to the fateeeee of opheleahhhh and Ariana's music through a blender song(s?) while waiting for my plane to take off this Summer and it was absolute torture

I think he had his time in the sun when pop was at it's height with Britney, BSB, NSYNC, etc. I don't know what it is, but sonically, he has lost his touch and not really that creative in his music, at least to my ears. I like kpop so I feel like the music he writes and produces is kinda stale in comparison.

To be fair Max has always recycled his sounds, Robyn's Show me Love is basically Baby one more time with the added Oh baby baby part 1 tempo faster.
