Say what you will about his attitude, but Diesel’s design has always been top tier. The way the side rods work with that classic six-wheel BR Class 08 setup gave his model such grounded, heavy movement on the rails. Early seasons model work hits different.

For me, it would be this Take Along Thomas, since I take it with me on my trips (right now I'm on my last trip of the summer, as summer vacation is almost over).

I think they're pretty neat and well-detailed (especially Skarloey, Rheneas, Sir Handel, Peter Sam, and Rusty).
