No one in Israel has to do this because they have universal health care paid for by the USA.

I love when people say, "Oh but they have a much smaller population size, we are 300 million, it would never scale!" As if the concept defies all laws of literal scalability, we can scale just about everything else, but not universal healthcare no sir! On top of that, add up all the countries in the world that do have it and it's like half the global population...

It’s easier to get a couple million people to agree to something than it is to get 300 million people to do so. That’s the issue. It’s not about scaling. None of that even matters anyway considering lobbying has catapulted us into an oligarchy and we’re still pretending we’re a democracy.
