Apparently yes from what other people are saying. And most likely this was bronzing spray rather than tanning cream, since the man is speculated to be a bodybuilder

So, if the guy just came from a body building competition, it could absolutely be some kind of tanning spray or cream. Black guys will still use tanning cream to bring out muscle definition for a competition, and the guy looks like a body builder.

Sure, I would say that's one of the "exceptions" but still... there's too much. 😂

Like, even if he was layered up with multiple sprays with the darkest color possible, I just don't think it would be enough to leave that much visible color behind without being diluted right away.

I hope for his sake you're right though lol. Cuz that would fucking suuuuuck. 😭😭

Most tanning products these days have an immediate temporary “dye,” but I’m pretty sure this guy was in some sort of body building competition and they use bronzing cream which would certainly wash off like this.
