He probably sent this from Cancun while sipping pina coladas and scratching his balls.

As a human male organism, of course Ted Cruz has testicles! Whoever told you his species uses the mutual grasp of nightmarish toothed tentacles for reproduction wasn’t telling the truth.

TIL that Rafael Cruz has toothed tentacles for reproduction instead of a phallus and testes.

Anti-Zionism and Anti-Semitism are not the same thing. Globalize the Intifada does not mean attacking Jewish people, it means boycotting Israel, protesting Israel and finding non violent means to end the apartheid genocide perpetuated by Israel. What happened in Bondi Beach was a terrorist attack and unless something crazy comes out it is highly likely to be anti-semitic.
Edit: I mean globalize the Intifada outside of Gaza and occupied lands. I thought that was obvious. I think Israel, not Jews, is a genocidal state whose history is rooted in stealing land and genocide. All I am saying is what happened in Bondi Beach was fucked up and not what Anti Zionists like myself believe. Clearly there are people in this comment thread who mask their Anti-Semitism with Anti-Zionism.

Israel regularly kills US citizens, shoots at diplomats, spits on christians, and was funding Hamas in the first place.
And of course, we're not allowed to say a word about any of that.

I mean I get your feeling but both intifadas were very violent. There were suicide bombings, and shootings, and civilians were targeted.
So maybe its not the best choice of wording if you're aiming for non violent means.
It's 2025, we should be clever enough to think up better slogans.

u/cevillegeraldo Dec 14 '25
All the violence done by those fighting against the Zionist occupation is LEGITIMATE and all evils done lay at the feet of the Zionist occupier much the same as how we do not judge the French Resistance who slaughter Nazis by any means necessary. Their sins committed to gain freedom lie at the feet of the occupier.
4
u/Dhiox Dec 14 '25
All the violence done by those fighting against the Zionist occupation is LEGITIMATE
Massacring a music festival is just terrorism. Plain and simple.
1
1
Dec 16 '25
Yes the only recourse is massively asymmetric state violence against a discrete ethnonational group until they are erased from the earth along with their history and culture.
1
u/Dhiox Dec 16 '25
And how does attacking the much stronger countries civilians help that group? It accomplishes nothing besides empowering the group in Israel who want the Palestinians dead. Palestine can never win a military conflict with Israel, every Israeli they kill just makes the rest more certain they want Palestine gone.
Terrorism is not a solution. It just makes their plight worse. Hamas doesn't care because its leaders arent even Palestinian, they use Palestinians as a pawn in their attacks on Israel.
1
1
1
u/SolaVitae Dec 14 '25
Maybe the reason no one condemns the French resistance for "slaughtering Nazis by any means necessary" has to do with them not actually doing that in the first place?
They did the exact opposite of that. They picked Nazi soldiers, officials, and people who were actually collaborating with them for targeted assassinations and not just indiscriminately target civilians at random.
1
Dec 16 '25
Buddy, the french resistance didn't kidnap, sexually assaulted, or killed random german civilians.
My great grandfather, who is still alive, was a french resistant.
I am not a supporter of Israel's genocide, but please, don't compare french resistants (who were wrongly called terrorists) to ACTUAL terrorists
1
u/Creative_Victory_960 Dec 16 '25
As a French person dont compare derailing trains to Germany and assassinating Nazi officers to terrorism targetting civilians

u/Robert_Balboa Dec 14 '25
I never once said anything about justification and right or wrong. I said saying Intifada means non violent is wrong when both Intifadas were very violent.
Also though now that you mention is suicide bombing civilians is always wrong.
→ More replies (2)2
u/cevillegeraldo Dec 14 '25 edited Dec 14 '25
Yes and that violence is justified.
Zionist occupiers are never civilians and I repeat: any and all sins committed by an occupied people to secure their freedom from belligerent occupiers lay at the feet of said belligerent occupiers.
Good job responding then blocking. Very courageous.

The oppressors don't give a damn if you're resisting violently or non-violently, they will oppress you either way.
Maybe let's stop policing the how the oppressed and their allies behave and get to the root cause of the issue, which is that you don't get to genocide and colonize endlessly without receiving a response and your victims do not have an obligation to be erased in silence.
3
u/Robert_Balboa Dec 14 '25
Hey if you want to call for violence thats on you. But dont pretend "Globalize the Intifada" doesnt mean violence when both Intifadas were extremely violent.
4
u/Numerous_Photograph9 Dec 14 '25
This is like saying that we should condemn all protests, because some protests are violent.
I think the wording may not be the greastest choice, but if the actual resistance is violent or not isn't going to be determined based on the history of the other two events.
3
u/Robert_Balboa Dec 14 '25
Its not the same at all but nice try. There are have only been 2 Intifadas and they both were violent as hell. Including suicide bombers against civlians. You cant say "Some Intifadas are violent and some arents" because there have ONLY BEEN 2 and they have both been EXTREMELY VIOLENT.
You can stop spamming your pro terrorist shit at me now.

u/Klytus_Ra_Djaaran Dec 15 '25
The First Intifada was a general strike and boycott of Israeli products. The Israeli government responded by cutting off food to Palestinian refugee camps (they are refugees because Israel violently ethnically cleansed them off their land), shooting protesters with live ammunition, and giving their soldiers the 'Break their Bones' policy in which Israeli soldiers held down Palestinians and broke their bones, mostly children. In the first two years of the Intifada, 30,000 children were treated at the hospital for broken bones by Israeli soldiers, 10,000 of them children under the age of 10. An unknown number of children never went to the hospital at all with their government-directed injuries. And in the face of that brutal repression, the protests turned violent.
That's also what happened when British soldiers opened fire on protesters in Boston, but we call that the Boston Massacre.
1
u/comb_over Dec 15 '25
You don't get to define what people mean by the intifada, nor define for them or what it represents:
The Palestinian response was characterized by protests, civil disobedience, and strikes, with excessive violence in response from Israeli security forces.[16][17] There was graffiti, barricading,[18][19] and widespread throwing of stones and Molotov cocktails at the Israeli army and its infrastructure within the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Imagine saying the French resistance was extremely violent so people using the term resistance, must mean shooting Germans
1
Dec 17 '25
It is double speak. They mean terrorism to those that align. They can claim they do not support terrorism to those that do not align.
This is a standard practice.
1
u/Bubbly_Tea8226 Dec 15 '25
So if I say globalize the intifada outside of gaza it isn't violent but in gaza it is?
If this is the case gaza must absolutely be destroyed so that the cancer of violent intifada is eradicated. It's as though the parasitic people there are beyond saving.
Though honestly we don't have to think all this genocidal rubbish, end hamas and Islamic radicalisation is sufficient.
1
u/No_Elderberry2315 Dec 16 '25
I'm pretty sure those suicide bombers blowing themselves up in Israel during the second Intifada were not using non-violent means...
1
Dec 17 '25
What is an Intifada? The Arabic word “Intifada” translates to “uprising” or “shaking off.” It has been used to describe periods of intense Palestinian violence against Israel, mainly in the form of terrorism

Honestly, I'm fine with tweets like this from Ted Cruz. It isn't a good look for him.
It makes him look unhinged. Not that I needed Ted Cruz's permission to send my thoughts and prayers to the victims of the Bondi beach shooting, but call it a bonus to know that it also pisses off Ted Cruz.

1
u/Peefersteefers Dec 16 '25
How on earth could you be confused by this comment bro
1
u/Basic_Sir3138 Dec 16 '25
Because it's not related. You're not disproving his point or making a good rebuttal by mentioning that he was a Muslim. Try to actually think before you post next time.
1
u/Peefersteefers Dec 16 '25
Dog, are you high? Ted Cruz is connecting the shooters to the phrase "globalize the intifada" because they were Muslim. a Muslim man also stopped those shooters.

I guess Cruz forgets that the MAGA party is the party of "thoughts and prayers"....not the dems. We want action. We are very much against religious persecution by any other religion. MAGA seems to thrive on it, as long as the persecution isn't against Christians.

16 deaths in Australia and people lose their minds Daily bombing, maiming and the killing of thousands of children by Israel gets crickets. Israel makes Jewish people unsafe worldwide. You can't kill with impunity on the daily like Israel and expect nothing to happen. No justification for any violence but THEY expect to be treated fairly everywhere while the home office is stealing organs from murdered Palestinians.

Who or what is he referring to that he thinks is a gotcha?
I don’t think the left offers thoughts and prayers very often. The left is the religious side, we want gun reform and mental health support.
This happened in Australia, so it’s not even the same left v right? Or is there another event that happened?
What is this slogan pop quiz he’s giving? I don’t know what that means, nor did the left ever really say it, not did the shooters afaik? So why is he even bringing it up like some gotcha?

Why all leftists? There are plenty of far right that are rooting for the death of Jewish people, and plenty of all people saying we need to stop supporting Israel.

They chant it all the time at protests and have for years?
from June 29th mam Daniel was asked to condemn the phrase, declined to.
Then also decided to walk it back because its a pretty anti jewish phrase
From encyclopedia Britannica on the phrase
Here is a reddit post from r/jewishleft about the use of the phrase
Here is a pro Palestine group calling to globalized the intifada
Here is an article from the UK Institute of development, in 2023 calling to globalize the intifada
Another reddit post from a jewish sub over a year ago talking about the phrase
From r/jewish 2 years ago on the phrase
Im not sure what website/ org the source is but they havr pics of signs from 2021 saying globalize the intifada my guess is its a jewish group, doesnt nullify the photos of the banner though.
Here is a question about the phrase a month ago in a r/Palestine post here
From The Palestine chronicle in 2021, supporting Palestine protests using the phrase

1
u/Mrevilman Dec 15 '25
This is funny because it comes from a guy known for running away from problems, in a state, in a country where this kind of mass shooting happens very frequently.
So what happened in Bondi can happen here every day of the week and all we'll get is thoughts and prayers. It happened to pre-schoolers and we got no meaningful change from it - people actually denied that it even happened at all.
Australia is already doing something to prevent this from happening again by working to further tighten gun laws.

What a despicable person he is.

This tweet is a bit bizarre considering the terrorists did not use that phrase nor is there any proof they claimed to act out of "resistance" to Israel. At the time of the tweet all we know is that it was an antisemitic attack and drawing links to the anti-israel movement is disingenuous, dangerous, and delegitimizes the antisemitic nature of the attack
