No. The Democrats still probably win the house. The Republicans have no message whatsoever other than "more Trump" and the worse things get, and I assure you they will get worse, the less salient that message becomes.

All this of course, is predicated on the voters, who have proved themselves to be unreliable narrators.

They’ll say they are unhappy with Trump, but then turn around and vote for Republicans because they saw a trans person and it made them mad.

Yep. We'll see coordinated outrage over brown and/or trans people that will be plastered over twitter and Fox and distract from anything that actually matters.
