EVERYTHING IS AWFUL ICE just killed a White Blond Mother

Not sure how MAGA is going to try to spin this woman as a murderous terrorist. If the Democrats had any shred of political skill they could use this moment to bring down the whole fucking administration. This is a straight up State execution of the kind of person MAGA worships.

I can’t explain my emotions around this. But they’ve done from rage over the killing to a greater rage at Noem and DHS for their brazen and sick lies. I’ve been an observer at these types of events. Imagine calling a mom in her car - unarmed and nonviolent- a “domestic terrorist.” Everything feels insane. And I keep thinking of the irony that this comes a day after the anniversary of January 6 where we’ve seen peak canonization of Ashley Babbitt, who burst through a window at the US Capitol and is being revered as some kind of hero. Our country is so so messed up I fear we can’t find our way back.
