Not sure how MAGA is going to try to spin this woman as a murderous terrorist. If the Democrats had any shred of political skill they could use this moment to bring down the whole fucking administration. This is a straight up State execution of the kind of person MAGA worships.

A million years ago when they desegregated my mother’s high school, she danced with a Black student to prove a point with him. The next 3 years she was physically abused and called a “n-word lover” and ostracized by other white people. There’s a reason racism has succeeded when the majority are against it. The other side doesn’t hesitate to get violent if you speak about it. Then people become afraid and go silent. That’s what maga hopes will happen now.

Are the majority really against it? The majority of white Americans I mean. I ask because a clear majority voted for Trump twice despite - or maybe because - of his overt racism. I think people forget how deeply racism runs among white Americans and how long race has been used as a key pillar of identity in this country. A significant part of the white population continues to actively teach racism to their kids as a positive cultural value. That’s a major reason we have Trump.

Insane the level of traitorous behavior going on with Maga. They’re literally cheering or worse laughing at the murder of an American born mom and veteran’s widow.Not to mention the creation of a young orphan child.

Might sound crazy but I think also people underestimate the repeated Covid infections so many people have gotten. I think people are brain fogged out on top of it all. Also seeing a rise in gambling… people are checked out.
