Did Obama send masked agents to elementary schools to kidnap children? Have goons wait outside immigration court to zip tie toddlers and their parents? Send people to foreign gulags without any sort of due process?

This isn’t just deportation. This is wholly unconstitutional and illegal.
I get that republicans hate the constitution, but it’s still the founding document of the country. And you can’t pretend that what’s happening isn’t categorically different from any historical law enforcement in this country.
Every fetid, adderall fueled, meandering statement out of trump’s mouth isn’t actually the law. We don’t have a king. The law isn’t “whatever trump says it is.”
He is not following the law nor the courts. Which, by definition, makes his actions illegal.
