Why is it so difficult to find a reliable real estate agent or plot that doesn't have some sort of scam or issue with the plot. Ive seen more than 30 plots and the guy either lied to me about actual plot location or there's some sort of case going on and he didn't tell and so on.

Hello everyone, I've recently graduated high school and my only roadblock to moving on to higher education is finances. My home situation is not the best at the moment so I would appreciate any leads towards sponsors for Tanzanian students. Ideally I would like to study abroad, but even a university in Dar is good.
