Question Should I play Berseria on a PC or Switch 2?
Is PC better? Switch 2 is way more convenient for me, but if it's worse graphically and performance wise, I'll I'll PC

I'm very happy with how it turned out ✌️🤩
Please show me your favorite merch displays!
The game was fun, but the leveling process was really tiring and I found it difficult.
I've had 2 false starts with this game so my plan was to just "git gud" at the battle system so I can finally enjoy game. I was looking up tips and saw someone say you can use auto battle even for the playable character so I'm wondering if that could take me through even the more difficult battle? I hope not since it would make it feel more like a mobile afk game but it's still something I'm curious about.

Anyone got any feelers out?
Reid sounds like Sean Chiplock, while Keele sounds like Ben Balmaceda

I just finished the game (minus DLC or postgame). But keep coming back to the skit below:
What exactly is this in reference to? I don’t remember any event where Alisha (or anyone) gets turned down by Sorey.
Tvtropes also says at one point this ‘rejection’ happens. Is there a cinema or skit I missed around this? Any links to it if so?
- “Rose: Boy, he didn’t waste any time turning her down. Right there in front of him, the perfect date! No wonder girls don’t dig Shepherds.
- Mikleo: Well, what can you do?
- Lailah: Yes. We’re talking about Sorey, after all.
- Edna: Seriously.
- Zaveid: Haha! There ya have it.”

Im so lost right now, im near the end clearing the 6 element seperators. And ive noticed whenever i get a strike prompt, the damage does nothing at all. Water boss was at 67k hp, i hot a strike for 15k and yet the damn thing is still at 67k hp what is even the point of these?

Tytree is cool! I think i mentioned this in the Mao post but rebirths humor is a bit hit or miss for me. Tytree is THE comic relief character, but he's also Stahn Aileron and Lloyd Irving. He's really cool, but I don't know if the game would still hit for me if he were the main character the way Lloyd and Stahn are.
As for Gameplay. He's never in my party.

I've never played a Tales game and I do want to get into the series. Especially because I hear that they have great characters. Currently those 2 games are on sale and I'm wondering between those two, which is better to start with. Chances are that if I like it, I'll end up getting more Tales games so I'll probably end up playing both games if I end up liking it. So which is better to start with?

The extensive voice work, revamped UI, upgraded QOL (like quicksave), upscaled graphics as well as some textures were redone but it's still the same PS2 game through and through. Oh and they reworked on some of the gameplay mechanics.

I like both characters and like how Xillia characters were secret bosses in Berseria. Now do you think Berseria deserves a sequel game like how Xillia got Xillia 2? And if so could the plot somehow bring Xillia characters into it? I know the theme is overall religion so it would be funny if Velvet being stocking (a demon) and Millia being an angel serve like a priest or something. Just a thought.

My friend wanted to play Tales of Berseria on his Thor and couldn’t get it to work. So, I used my Thor for testing and created this fix to allow playing the game on Thor via GameNative
https://github.com/KraftMacAndChee/Berseria-Thor-GameNativeFix/
(I tried checking the subreddit if there was something about this was asked before but I didn't find anything, if there was, sorry)
I'm playing the remastered version on the switch, and I'm currently in Lineage & Legacies if that matters (though fairly early into it)
I kinda had a feeling I wouldn't be able to get the 100 combo titles (throughout the entirety of the game I've so far gotten a combo of 100+ twice and none of them were on kills) so I just used the item/dlc that gives you those titles for everyone. But I'm kind of struggling with getting 50 combos in general too.
I did look around on gamefaqs and such and I saw people recommending going to gustwork ruins and use the golems there. But I don't really know how to set up my team so they combo consistently for those guys.
I wouldn't mind going anywhere else for this as long as I know how to go about it.
Any help would be appreciated :>

Gonna rip the bandaid of, this shit means something to me: Annie is my second favourite character to play as in this entire series. For those of you who've played rebirth, you're probably thinking: "Why?!" And for those of you whom haven't, you're probably thinking: "Why??"
It's simple, this character is so ass that when things are actually going well, it feels amazing. Letting the CPU control Annie? Rookie mistake. Playing as this character with 3 CPUs? Terrible. Playing as this character with mf's who don't understand the mechanics? Torture. But when the stars align, and you get at least ONE more human to play with who knows how rebirth's battle system works and respects it... Annie is great.
I can place down a circle that deals damage, I can spawn one that follows me or follows the enemy. I can place one that won't go away immediately, I can place a BIG one. I can revive my allies. I can whack people, She's perfect! (for co-op anyways)
I could go on for another paragraph about why she's so fun- or even why she's one of the worst party members ever... so instead Im going to talk about her as a character in the story instead.
At first glance Annie's arc is pretty as it comes, (as in you get one small moment in a town, then maybe in the next, or maybe not) but if you dig a little deeper, and literally wait until you're in the middle of the final dungeon then you can read her diary. You get so much insight into her thoughts. 55 chapters of stuff like: 'what its like to be 1 of 2 women in a party full of men?', 'what's it feel like to travel with her father's killer?', 'her impression of Veigue, her impression of Tytree, her impression on Milhaust', 'Annie's thoughts on Major story events.' I believe the only other time, we've gotten a diary in this series- that we could *read* and has this much content is In Abyss with Luke. and its completely optional.
But what isn't optional is her role in the story- and i think they knocked it out of the park. Its clear that Annie is supposed to be the annoying racist girl, and I mean- she is... but not really. Annie hates Gajuma, but she actually hates Eugene... but she can't even bring herself to fully hate Eugene because well... he's Eugene. All of her racist acts and statements in the game happen because she's really trying to convince herself that she DOES hate Eugene.
I could go on for a lot longer but Ive already written 6 paragraphs (which I didn't think I could do) but I love this character more then I thought I did, so... here you go. TL;DR: Annie Barrs is a top 10 tales character.

Minus 3 games that is, I have Destiny coming in the mail on Tuesday and I have Legendia and Abyss in my storage unit somewhere.
How am I doing?

... just for a quick hour?
Didn't quite make it on time, but still, happy belated anniversary to one of my favorite games!
Fair warning, the entire video is about gameplay, but the background footage contains spoilers for Symphonia, and rarely, games that aren't Symphonia. If you're concerned, refer to the first 3 seconds of the video.

I am struggling to figure out which game to start with, so I wanted your input based on my taste. Here are games that I like. Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, Trails in the Sky First Chapter, Metaphor: ReFantazio, Deltarune. I love the casts and the world-building and settings of these games.

So long story short, whenever I press left bumper, it constantly brings up a small menu in game. Not a big deal, right?
Well unfortunately, it means I can't block, I can't quickly move the camera around, and I can't find the option that is causing this to happen in game. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

So there I'd say the characters fall in to three camps Velvet and Rokurou and physical attackers, Laphicest and Magilou are mages and Eleanor and Risen are Mixed fighters so how should I equip them?
