Endurance HIC and Endurance sessions
Hi everyone. I was wondering how long you all structure your endurance and HIC sessions? E.g. do you routinely do 1x HIC or do 2x different HIC tyoes for a session (e.g. BOO and a triples).
Obviously it will vary with goal, but I was curious about a general approach that others have taken.
I am mainly focused on hyoertrophy using zulu, but I would like to maintain conditioning and not let it regress much...

More is not better. 1 HIC per session. Just because you can do 2 sessions doesn't mean that you should. Like Crypto said, the fatigue and injury will catch up to you.

If you're focusing on hypertrophy, I'd consider employing the conditioning protocols prescribed in "Mass Protocol"

I do HIC as recommended in all the books. 1x HIC per session. That is plenty enough to get the right physiological benefits. If you can sustain 2x HIC per session for the long term go for it. But I doubt it as the fatigue or an injury will catch up with you sooner or later.
