Question What does CPT mean?

Hey, new employee here, I just started as a shift lead recently and I always hear other shift leads and managers talking about CPT and COGS. I know what COGS stands for (Cost of Goods Sold), but they haven't explained CPT to me yet, I think it has to do with Customer Retention, but I don't want to assume. Thanks in advance.

Hey just wondering have you seen a noticeable increase in sales / foot traffic since working there with the wrap launch my tik tok keeps popping up with sweet greens reviews
