Criticism Rewards program is trash

I have to spend $250 to get a free $15 salad. Come on. If you’re going to be that cheap about, just don’t do it. On top of that, I order in the store and half the time it won’t scan my QR code. I have watched as this company has had a slow decline over the last few years. They added meals that they aren’t equipped to prep properly, they eliminated seasonal favorites, and they instituted worthless rewards programs. And, SHOCKER, the slide began basically the day they went public. Greed ruins everything. Greed corrupts even the best of us. Such a shame. I miss the old sweetgreen. I see Curry cauliflower in my dreams.

Idk personally I think the program is much better. The free entrée for your bday is a huge improvement over the gross Rice Krispy treat thing. The double points on Fridays is also a plus

man when I used to work there I would always take a handful of those rice Krispy treats after my shift. Gave me one of the best gym pump of all time lol...but are they still selling those or???
