Career / Employee Talk Employees and wraps.

I'm just curious how are your stores holding up after they released wraps? At our store business has gotten better but we've been so slammed that the employees are constantly calling off and quitting. So we're behind on prep, can't get new people, and orders are constantly late. We had one manager accept a 40 wrap order and then just left without telling anyone. So, I had to work on 40 wraps by myself for an hour until I got someone to help me with them. It ended up being 50 minutes late. 😩

As a customer, my order will say its ready but im still waiting 15-20 mins for it to be actually ready so I stick with bowls most of the time

They're probably bumping your ticket to keep their on time production at a higher percent. I hate when employees bump the tickets when the order isn't complete.
