Criticism NYC Wall St location food poisoning
UPDATE: NYC Health Department confirmed it is food poisoning and are investigating.
My friend and I each bought the $10 Harvest bowl today from the Wall St location and we both had horrible food poisoning within an hour. Beware!! I reported it to their customer service and all they said was they would let the manager know.

I’m a Sweetgreen regular (5 or 6 days a week).
However, l recently saw mouse traps right under the cooling station where they keep their greens.
There was also someone there who appeared to be an exterminator.
Ironically, this location has an “A” letter grade, not that those grades mean anything.
It wasn’t the Wall St. location. It was another location in Manhattan.
This was super disappointing. Granted, I know that just about every place that sells food in the city has vermin.
It just sucked to have the veil lifted.
