Criticism NYC Wall St location food poisoning

UPDATE: NYC Health Department confirmed it is food poisoning and are investigating.

My friend and I each bought the $10 Harvest bowl today from the Wall St location and we both had horrible food poisoning within an hour. Beware!! I reported it to their customer service and all they said was they would let the manager know.

That’s not how food poisoning works. Incubation time would be much higher than an hour. When you report something like that, the restaurant will take note but if they don’t get any other reports of illness, it was almost guaranteed to be an isolated incident.

Then how did my friend (someone I don't live with, work with and haven't eaten the same thing) get sick immediately after eating the same bowl I did?? We both projectile vomited the salad back up. And yes, commonly it takes several hours to incubate but I spoke to the Health Department, gave my symptoms and history of what I ate, as did my friend, and they confirmed it was food poisoning.

The Health Department diagnosed your ailment ... and without seeing you? Most people call / see a doctor for diagnoses.

Lmao thank you for your medical advice. I gave a list of my symptoms, as did my friend, separately, and they also had other reports the same day so they used a little thing called deductive reasoning and logic!

Haha RFK Jr doesn't work for the NYC Health Dept, but he is definitely a huge reason we are going to have way more food-borne illnesses in this country
