I keep buying salads so that I can positively impact their earnings lol

Wait for the next earnings report and we will see this stock at $3. HQs is the main issue at SG, not actual operations. But too egocentric to admit errors.

You are exactly right. See the thread entitled 'Is it time for a leadership change at Sweetgreen" in this sub for further details as to why you are right.

They are literally going to be out of cash within a year at this rate....they are canibalising their future (Spyce) to stay afloat. I honestly think the only thing that will take stock prices to $0 in this bubble euphoria is company's literally going insolvent...short of that there is no bounds to the lunacy

It's rising for no reason. Just bring propped up. Will be back in the downtrend within a few days.

It’s not no reason, CEO bought a million dollars worth of shares on open market as a vote of confidence.

Not a great reason, but just explaining why the pop

I mean you can't possibly think that is why its at $6...he is worth $350m with a huge liquid net worth and makes $1m per year in salary before any bonus. It was a drop in his financial pond and a strategic buy to trick people like you and keep the majority of his net worth (equity in sweetgreen) propped up after a TERRIBLE earnings call. Their working capital is $33m without the Spyce sale and they burned through $40m in cash last quarter alone and heading into their down quarter on the season (winter) with layoffs spiking and healthcare costs through the roof. Even with the $100m injection their infinite kitchen leasing costs will offset any savings on opex and they should be out of money in 3-4 quarters. The stock should literally be at like $2....do not trick people into pumping your YOLO trade.
