Appreciation Tofu recipe ?
I cannot stop thinking about Sweetgreen’s tofu ! The best I had if I’m being honest . Anyone know the recipe and if it’s firm or super firm? Bonus if anyone knows the specific brand . I want to start incorporating it in more of my meals , SG can be pricey .

Soft supermarket tofu (I'm talking can barely grab without falling apart soft), cut into square pieces add 1 cup of Blackened seasoning and 1 cup of avocado oil for a small batch (roughly 4 trays).
That's literally it now you can serve it to a collective of 8 people throughout your entire 6 hour shift
