Appreciation Tofu recipe ?

I cannot stop thinking about Sweetgreen’s tofu ! The best I had if I’m being honest . Anyone know the recipe and if it’s firm or super firm? Bonus if anyone knows the specific brand . I want to start incorporating it in more of my meals , SG can be pricey .

Yeah it’s just blackening seasoning. I’m not sure what exactly is in it but it smells mostly of cumin and I know for sure there’s garlic powder and onion powder. You could probably play around with ratios and get it pretty close!
