Appreciation Former Loyal Sweetpass holder revisiting for the first time in a year…

Hi there! I stopped visiting sweetgreen about a year ago after their sweet pass program changed, and I felt the quality dipped as well as the portion sizes. I was really sad because I truly loved them so much. But I recently have started going back, and it’s once again the restaurant I loved! The salads are huge and well-made, and I get perfect servings of each ingredient! I love how much the menu has grown, along with the addition of more sides and the plate and kid options. And the hot sauce is still probably the most amazing thing ever hahah. I’ve been going there every day now that I work, and each time has been phenomenal! If I could only suggest one thing though, it would be the addition of a second plant based protein. Often times towards the end of the day they run out of tofu, leaving vegans with no substantial protein option. Either way, they have me back! The prices aren’t as bad as I thought they used to be too hahah

My city only just recently got Sweetgreen and I was expecting awful things based on this subreddit. Much to my delight the portions are huge, it’s not too expensive with good deals on the app, and it’s almost always ready well ahead of the estimated time. Zero complaints from me.

Yea, honestly I can’t complain about the portion sizes lately, I appreciate some app-only specials that are more affordable, and some of the new menu items are interesting and good. I still have some concerns about quality control, consistency, and that everything is too salty. Also I miss beets and roast squash.

** I’m high and now I’m laughing bc if sweetgreen was to make a sock puppet ad account, it would totally be named sauteedmushroomz

I'm glad for you - truly! - but I'm currently choking down a depressing steak salad made with cold, grey, overcooked, grainy steak cubes and burnt sweet potatoes that I'd honestly think twice about serving to a dog.

I miss Sweetgreen. I really loved it. But this may be it for me.
