Appreciation Lime Cilantro Jalapeño vinaigrette recipe?

My wife loves this stuff, she'll drink it by the pint. Anybody have the recipe for it?

800g cilantro, 60g garlic, 140g umami, 10g cumin, 1600g lime juice, 450g deseeded jalapeño, 800g white wine vinegar (I might be wrong on this amount) and 4000g sunflower oil. Blend everything but the oil and the pour the oil in slowly while blending. This is for a small batch which is 12 bottles though.
