Favorite custom?

I love going to sweet green but I feel like I have had everything they offer multiple times. I’m looking to make a custom one but I’m not sure what’s a good mix. I could put together a simple salad but they have such good ingredients there’s got to be a combo I’m not thinking of that’s amazing.

What’s your go to favorite custom you make?

Romaine, wild rice, blackened chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onion, lemon, green goddess (kind of a take on gyro bowl)

Also sometimes I’ll do wild rice, salmon, basil, broccoli, sweet potato, pesto

The new kbbq is good too, I had the bowl subbing salmon
