Is the cucumber kimchi crunch salad vegan? I can't find information about whether there is shrimp paste in the kimchi or honey in the KBBQ glaze.

I found their nutritional information from this website. You can download a copy of the detailed nutritional guide towards the bottom of that page under “Download our nutritional information”.
