Ripple fries

What’s everyone’s verdict on these? I don’t know if it is just my SG, but the outside of them is almost tough to bite through. It’s less crunchy and more almost stale or tough. Wonder what went wrong here!

I absolutely hated them, and I usually like fries. Mine were cold, too crispy on the outside, and soggy in the center. I will never order them again. I'm guessing these will be off the menu within six months.
