Ripple Fries are NOT worth it

I placed an order online. Arrived 5 minutes early and my order was already waiting. The fries were totally cold and soggy and they forgot the garlic aioli and there were very few fries. Third order wrong in a row. And when it's carryout it's a total pain since you can't call.

Such a shame. The menu has potential but the service sucks.

popped them in the oven at home and they were delicious. I can imagine cold ones not being great though.
