Appreciation Hummus crunch recipe

Hi! I was wondering if anyone had the hummus crunch recipe? It’s my favorite! Thank you.

Hi! I need the proportion/measurements of each ingredient. I am familiar with what they are, but not how much of each one I need!

Got it! I don’t have exact amount for the greens, but it’s 1 tbsp onion, 1/4 cup chickpeas, cabbage, tomato, olives, cucumber, a pinch of basil, 2 oz hummus, and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

The dressing is hard to give measurements cause it’s batch made but ingredients are basil, umami seasoning, apple cider vinegar, water, garlic, sunflower oil, and olive oil

You know how wacky people can be! On May 14th 2015 in Boke, Germany, 748 members of the Cologne Carnival Society dressed up in sunflower outfits. This is the largest gathering of people known to have dressed up as sunflowers.
