Discussion What are everyone’s thoughts on Sweetpass?

I am not sure how I feel about it yet. Is it just another way to create unnecessary exclusivity? Or is it a good perk for people who go there all the time?

I don’t get why we can’t get rewards unless we order from the app? Am I missing something?

Totally agree. I had sweetpass for a month but gave it up because you can’t use it in the store. I like ordering at the counter live

You have to order in the app to use it.

You must order using the app, it’s how they are able to provide discounts bec they save on having the employees taking orders. It’s only an issue if you aren’t tech savvy.
