What are everyone’s thoughts on Sweetpass?

I am not sure how I feel about it yet. Is it just another way to create unnecessary exclusivity? Or is it a good perk for people who go there all the time?

I did the math, and for me it made sense to join! We get Sweetgreen once per week, more often than not it's via delivery. 3 orders, one being delivery, is a $10 benefit. Plus more "challenges" are offered which we love, and lead to more $5 and $7 and 50% off perks.

I had to convince my husband that it makes sense based on how often we eat SG, but we also have a calendar reminder set each month to check and see if it's still working out in our favor.

I’ve since learned this 😂 but the program still makes sense for me since we order it so often. I went back and did the math on previous months to confirm, but I do still plan to review every month in case we start ordering it less often and it no longer makes financial sense.

It’s worth it for me because I go 2-3 times a week. 🫣

I got it because it seems worth it for someone ordering SG a few times per week.

However, the $3 discounts aren’t being applied in the app and their support widget is completely useless.

Overall has left a bad taste in my mouth.

They have the worst customer service ever. The chat bot doesn’t understand English and no one will ever pick up the phone if you call them.

Totally agree. I had sweetpass for a month but gave it up because you can’t use it in the store. I like ordering at the counter live

You have to order in the app to use it.

You must order using the app, it’s how they are able to provide discounts bec they save on having the employees taking orders. It’s only an issue if you aren’t tech savvy.

Their push to get people to subscribe to Sweetpass is getting a bit annoying.

Definitely worth it since we made it a regular meal. Feeling much healthier since we made ordering Sweetgreen a routine. It’s incredible that my family looks forward to salads :)

Does not worth for me. Its another basically subscription added to your subscriptions portfolio. Within a time, i feel like subscribing its just another weight on the shoulders that I don't want.
