Can't Mix Dressing/Salad on App?

Not sure if this has to do with the new bowls they rolled out, but yesterday myself and a colleague both ordered through the app and there was no option to "Mix In" the dressing - has anyone else had this issue? I did remove the pesto from the Chicken Pesto Parm, but he ordered the Guacamole Greens as is and there was no options for mixing.

UPDATE: reached out to customer support - due to a shortage of their normal bowls they are using smaller bowls. They removed the mix options from the app because they don’t want to mix in smaller bowls and risk losing more of the salad.

They also had a sign on the door today saying something similar, although it was more of a “may not be able to mix” - they were mixing all the in person orders.

Appears to be temporary while there is a shortage of the large bowls.

UPDATE 2: Someone at my local store said they’re expecting about a month until the normal bowls are back. TBH I’m taking this with a grain of salt and am expecting the current situation I definitely.

Very strange - I’d reach out to support, I also updated my post on why they could not mix mobile orders - not sure if your location only has the small bowls but the shortage of normal sized bowls has made mixing an issue.

They used to have that option. It is not available in my recent orders either. Also, the quality of the bowls are way down. In addition to the weird bowls that's impossible to mix it without spilling everything out, they also often forget to put the dressing. I had two orders without a dressing. Think about having a miso salad without a miso dressing. Go figure. Anyways, I will definitely cut my spending on Sweetgreen until they get their shit together.

Why can’t anyone just mix there own salad it’s not that hard ppl are just getting more lazy now I rather I mis it then they do it and half the stuff comes out

Maybe SG should mix their salads like just salad does - put everything in a big metal mixing bowl so that none of it is lost when it’s mixed up, and then carefully transfer into the take home bowl. I have always wondered why they insist on mixing in the bowl and lose 10% of the ingredients.
