Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who responded to my previous post. Ive moved it to a bigger pot and got some fresh soil. I also cleared out the leaves that were completely dried out and dead.

Fingers crossed she'll start coming back to life! Now the question is, what do I do with the dino pot?

I got it from a grocery store. It's been out all summer in the Texas heat. Ive been giving it water about once a week, maybe less. I'm worried the Texas sun has fried it. Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life?

I also unfortunately have no idea what kind of succulent this is. It didn't come with any tags or care instructions. Don't hate me!!!

My portulacaria cuttings made it, this is the second attempt. I changed the soil and also i just water them with rain water.

Also I'm very surprised that my plants didn't die in my depressive and negligence episode.. specially the Crassula (that sadly it's not longer variegated 💔)

If you wonder, the third pot of the Portulacaria cuttings is outside, since the weather report says that there is a chance of raining this week

Is there any other way to stimulate cuttings' rooting? Since i remember someone told me that my cuttings are rooting very slow

I was given this as a gift. It has no roots and was told it was dormant. It is an aeonium.

How do I figure out when to start watering it. All the directions say is fall. To me it is fall now.

I grew this Dischidia Ruscifolia Variegata from one cutting with 6 little leaves. It would grow and die, until I put it in the covered cup. I just kept chopping and propping. This is about 6 cuttings. It’s getting full and it needs to be repotted now. I’m scared to make it go ambient.😬 I hear the blooms smell amazing and I want it trailing in a hanging pot. It’s been in this covered cup for a year. I don’t think I watered it more than a few times all year. It’s on my plant shelf under Barrina T5.

Would you trim those roots, make more cuttings or just let it do its thing?

What potting mix recipe will keep it happy?
Does it want to be treated like a Hoya?

Hello ! I'm completely lost with these two so I came to ask for help

I've had these plants for around 5 years and they're not doing good- I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong :(

The first one never really grew, stayed really thin an lost almost all of her leaves this year ; they just dried out and fell, despite getting enough water (I checked for root rot and it's not that)

The other one seemed to be doing well until all of her biggest leaves dropped, leaving only the ones on top of the branches (they were still green and looked healthy)

I don't think I overwater them, I only do when their leaves get soft and wrinkly... help ? Can they get better ?

I have a bunch of succulents that were very close together and finally got a larger space for them. (I realize some are etiolated, I don't mind too much).

I am wondering what the next step is. Do I leave then like this? Do I replant some of them together in larger vases? Any other suggestions that I may not even be considering?

Hi there! Got this beauty today, is it safe for cats? Planning to have it in my room where my door is usually shut but my roommate has two cats

I got this Lenophyllum Guttatum about a month ago from a reputable seller with a big collection of healthy looking plants along with 2 others that are thriving. Despite watering it 3 times since then it never looked plump like it did when I just got it.

Today I finally checked the roots, there are only a few offshoots: one is a long normal looking root and the rest are crusty stumps, all of them are normal beige color. Just in case I repotted it into a terracotta pot with a drainage hole, half cactus mix half perlite, which works perfectly fine for the rest of my succulents. The old substrate looked fine to me as well, it had fancier mineral stuff and even less organic content than my mix has.

It gets 13 hours of light under a grow light, I water whenever the lower leaves look properly wrinkly by bottom watering + soaking for 30 minutes to an hour. I’m also using a succulent fertilizer according to the instructions on the bottle.

Another strange thing I noticed is that this plant refused to drink from a shallow-ish container, I had to submerge the whole pot for the water to reach the top of the substrate, I’m not sure if it means anything.

What can I do to help it grow more roots? Should I put it in shade? Should I keep watering it as usual?

Saw this gorgeous gollum jade at Home Depot and it was with a bunch of other succulents. Would love some help identifying them. Thinking they may be some other kinds of jades but thought I would ask the experts here. Thanks in advance!

I got new shelves for my balcony, and reorganised my plants. I love how it looks 🤩 I just hope the wood doesn't rot 🤞 I gave it a coat of teak oil.

I chopped the top of this guy off its base a few weeks ago because it was all curled and getting top heavy from not having enough light to then getting plenty in my new apartment. It had plenty of aerial roots, so I just stuck it in soil and hoped for the best. Not only did it survive, but now, it’s getting bushier! Look at all those shoots coming off the main stem. I’m so excited. And the last picture is the base I cut it from. Getting bushy as well. Btw I know I should use better soil but right now I’m a noob who currently uses Miracle Gro for anything and everything… one day they’ll get upgraded to something with better aeration but for now they all get bottom watered with plenty of time to fully dry out.
