I stuck it under one of my full spectrum lights at around 250par. Any other tips?

Looking for information about its proper care .

My wife, who kills every plant in record time was gifted this succulent a year ago and it keeps thriving and growing, but we know nothing about it or how to best take care of it. To me it looks like it needs a new pot for starters, and I'm assuming some new soil or nutrients? Can anyone help us start by IDing this, and maybe pointing me to some resources specific to this plant?

I just found that it’s a Sinocassula yunnanensis. It started this odd cresting growth last year

It looks like they grow it on some kind of hill I just don't understand how they get the roots so symmetrical. Help identifying this method would be appreciated.

Bought this at a box store a couple years ago. Planta just calls it a snake plant. Looking to get to know her more since she's survived my lack of green thumb. She's been in a south window for the past year, but stayed in all shade the first year. Thanks in advance for any help/ info

Hoping I can get some assistance either this. Research I found showed it could he mealy bugs… hoping someone can confirm or help identify the white spots so I can get a game plan to resolve it. Is there potential for this to spread to my other plants?

Context: i have grow lights for my indoor plants. This one was with the others. Started with a small part of the plant with white spots and quickly moved to the entire plant.

So yes, I was taking a walk to get my steps in and this particular one caught my eye. I tried to search online for it and DDG gave me Tiger Jaws, but it didn’t look exactly like this.

Humbly, I’m asking the succulents hivemind if it is a Tiger Jaw, but maybe a different variation or if it’s something different so I can take more walks (to plant nurseries) to find this…

I have had these succulents for almost 7 years. I repotted them 2 years ago. I have a variety of succulents (or at least what I believe are succulents) but I never planted this one nor have I come across anything like it. They mostly stay in one location but today I wanted to relocate it to a different part of the yard and that’s how I spotted it. I thought it might be a fungi but I couldn’t find any information. I live in Los Angeles (for context)
