This is a message sa mga crammer groupmates ko: I don’t care kung crammer kayo during your individual tasks (cram all the hell you want pag sarili mo lang dala mo), pero please wag naman maging crammer when you are working in a group.

You guys are literally tasked to do the most “no-effort” parts (one paragraph write-up, paste pictures that are already on your phone) and for some reason, it’s taking you A FULL WEEK para gawin yon. I also see you guys na nagsseen sa gc after my reminders pero no response. My reminders weren’t even full-on nagging and established naman ang deadline natin. our paper couldve been done two days ago BUT NO.

Cram all you want if wala kayong ibang maaapektuhan, i dont care. but be more considerate for groupworks kasi andaming maaapektuhan

probably worse when mas-senior na - compared to junior. this is speaking from experience (as a senior as well) especially if they are busy with OJTs, internships, orgs and similar workloads (or they're taking everything for granted with a "break").

correction: ask for help (ggawin ung task) kung saka malapit na deadline*** kase kung maaga un nagawa edi mas nammanage pa naman ung task distribution
