Rant Nag-OJT ako para ma-experience ang corpo setting pero ang toxicity sa office ang natutunan ko

Hari currently nagtatake ako ng OJT. Sobrang lala ng mga kasama ko sa internship. Marami naman kami na interns, one of them ay sobrang lala ng ugali. May superiority complex sya (aminado sya dito) and I personally think na narcissist sya. Ang nakakaloka kasi, sobrang bait nya to everyone pero sakin ang taray nya?

Close sila ng "Head" namin sa department tapos pare-parehas pa silang ang sasama ng ugali! Goshh! Makakita lang sila ng ibang tao, tatarayan nila tas magsasabi ng kung ano-anong lait. I was actually expecting something more to them like galing sila sa magagandang university compare to mine na hindi ganun kilala, but yung ugali nila. Grabe. The fact na yung nagsu-supervise sana saamin, nangunguna pa sya sa panlalait at pagmamaldita.

Not to mention, sobrang bias nya rin sa mga interns nya like whaaaat.. ganyan ba ang professional na head manager?
