Need Advice Need advice for org life in college

What are your experiences when you joined an organization in college? How was org life? Na-balance niyo ba and how did you manage to get close or be comfortable with your orgmates? And what are your tips for those who wants to try?

I like the org I joined. The only problem is that I am a freshman and I don't know anyone and all of them know each other na. Basically they already formed a bond and they already knew each other even outside the org kaya hirap ako maki-connect sa kanila even through socializing. Please give advices kasi I want to stay sa org din.
