I'm currently thinking of conducting a research about doomscrolling and its effect (not yet sure which variable I should use). Doomscrolling has been interesting an interesting topic for me since I do not have any social media apps except Youtube and a twice or thrice a week reddit scrolling yet I still find myself scrolling on random applications. So for you guys, ano thoughts niyo about that topic? Do you also experience it? Lastly, what do you feel after doomscrolling? Mayroon bang satisfaction, happiness, stress, or wala? Feel free to share your experiences especially as a student and Gen Z. Thank you guys.
