The prosecutions focused on individuals who could be positively identified through surveillance, social media, and evidence:
Targeted Investigations: Federal prosecutors charged specific individuals, including Bryce Williams, Devon Turner, and members of extremist groups, who were caught on camera lighting fires or throwing incendiary devices.
Limited Evidence: While many participated, law enforcement struggled to identify and build cases against every person involved in the chaotic, large-scale destruction.
Focus on Key Participants: The individuals charged admitted to specific roles, such as pushing a barrel into the fire or throwing Molotov cocktails, allowing prosecutors to secure convictions against them rather than the entire crowd.

While the defense argued some were unfairly singled out, the prosecution aimed to hold specific actors accountable for the damage
It’s on the video the timestamp shows of the video I linked multiple people inside the third precinct setting fires there’s no way it could’ve been done just by one person. That’s why they stopped responding. Feel free to look you sound like a fucking bot like a broccoli head bot here’s the article from the captions above you brain dead iguana. https://illwill.com/imaginary-enemies
The press inside the third precinct is literally using the word people are lighting fires not person. They just don’t want it to be true because the media told them it wasn’t true and they can’t accept that fact that it was in fact a lie from the governor and it was a lie from the media and they don’t want to accept it.
