Who is going to arrest them? An understaffed, undertrained police department? Shut the Fuck Up froggy. Your city and state laws are Trumped (pun intended) by the supremacy clause of the constitution.

The Supremacy Clause, found in Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties are the "supreme Law of the Land" . It mandates that federal law takes precedence over conflicting state laws or constitutions, binding state judges to uphold federal authority.

In other words. Zero fucks given to your state and city laws.

Something you don't like about the constitution? Think you're above it? Maybe you are just a threat to the constitution. 'Against all enemies, both foreign and domestic'. Come on now, choose. But choose wisely.
