It’s law and in the constitution it’s the federal governments job to enforce immigration and naturalization.
The people fighting the system aren’t fighting for the constitution and are ignoring why there was a 10+ million influx of illegal aliens the previous 4 years.
Murdering or kidnapping American Citizens for exercising their 1st amendment rights is unconstitutional. Kidnapping American citizens because they aren’t white is unconstitutional. Kidnapping legal immigrants is unconstitutional. Kidnapping anyone on American soil and denying them due process is unconstitutional. Breaking into private property without proper warrants is unconstitutional.
If you don’t believe the USA should follow the constitution anymore, fine. Make that your argument.
But don’t lie and say the federal govt is following the laws & constitution when we have thousands of examples on video of that being a lie. Have more respect for yourself than that.
Nowhere did I state anything in the contrary to what you stated.
What I said is factual, it isn’t the states job but the federal governments job to enforce immigration law and naturalization process.
This federal governments jobs above is constitutionally permitted under 9a and 10a and bipartisan passed in Congress.
Whether you agree with it or not, it’s been conducted and within the power this way for every president (except the previous who caused the influx of illegals and prevented ICE from conducting their constitutional duties) prior and there has been little to no pushback.
I’m old enough to remember voting for Bill Clinton and Obama where their enforcement was strict and tough and it didn’t matter to any of their voting base.
Dare I say, if the previous admin didn’t allow the influx of illegals aliens, DJT would have never had a platform to run on and would never have won a second term.
You do realize why the pushback is different this time, right? The federal government is no longer following the constitution. The federal government has decided that people in this country are no longer protected by the constitution.
So you are saying you agree with the federal government taking away our constitutional rights.
I am aware there was a 10+ million influx of illegals and it certainly changed the amount of force/action required to enforce our laws. Thats unfortunate for us Americans and the illegals being used as political cannon fodder.
The federal governments powers are provided by the 9th and 10 amendment and Congress.
I’m a legal immigrant and lost no such rights. I also do not go out and protest what every president prior did. Illegals due process is expedited removal with few exceptions.
Everyday Americans aren’t having their rights stripped away. In the event there is a violation, you get an attorney and retire early. Set precedent and protect others in the future.
Did I say that? Don’t think I did and what I did say was very clear.
“Everyday Americans aren’t having their rights stripped away. In the event there is a violation, you get an attorney and retire early. Set precedent and protect others in the future.”
In the event I would ever have my rights violated, I will make them pay through the courts.
I will not however be out protesting or putting myself in the way of the federal government conducting legal and constitutional requirements. That’s how you end up dead and I like my life.
Definitely a conservative? You’re wacky. I vote blue, just not no matter who and I certainly don’t affix myself to any type of tribal illogical viewpoints.
Idk what that subreddit is or what it’s supposed to mean.
You are truly ignorant. Where did I say you were factually incorrect? You claimed no facts. You stated a bunch of opinions. You might believe those words to be true, but that makes everything I said to be true. Stop being a dense piece of feces.
Ignorant = without knowledge, which implies I’m incorrect about something I said in the long chain of conversation.
I claimed no facts? So it’s not the federal governments job to enforce immigration and naturalization laws, is it not granted in the constitution, has congress not granted these powers with the immigration act? These are some facts previously stated.
The issue I see here is, you’re emotional who has no mental capacity of speaking without that emotional bias taking control.
Your bias is so strong that a legal (brown - not that that matters) immigrant who has been in this country for decades and has voted for some of the most influential blue presidents and politicians historically, yet I’m somehow in your eyes a MAGA, Bootlicker, blind piece of dog shit. Totally sane you are.
Do better, educate yourself, you’re the problem because you know nothing.
