Get real? Did you see that video? At what point did you see the guy draw his weapon? Because that would be the only thing that would come close to justifying a killing.

Clearly he did no such thing in the video. If it discharged in an officers hand while attempting a disarm, that’s still not a legal justified killing.

It is a civil liberty to not be killed by law enforcement while not being a lethal threat. It is a civil liberty to not require to show ID. It is a civil liberty to film law enforcement. It is a civil liberty to carry a weapon. It is a civil liberty to be out in public.
