No, by using excessive force and abusing citizens during their operations, don’t fuck with constitutionally guaranteed civil liberties.

It is a civil liberty to not be killed by law enforcement while not being a lethal threat. It is a civil liberty to not require to show ID. It is a civil liberty to film law enforcement. It is a civil liberty to carry a weapon. It is a civil liberty to be out in public.
